The team would like to consult with local residents, stakeholders and the wider public about the proposals before submitting an outline planning application to South Gloucestershire Council in Spring 2026.
Public consultation is running from 9 to 27 February 2026.
We are hosting a public drop-in exhibition in the small hall at The Miners Coalpit Heath Social Club on Thursday 12 February from 4pm to 7pm. Come along to view our exhibition, speak to members of the team and share your views.
